Cargill Embraces New Customer Value Creation with IAG-led Bootcamp

Cargill 2021 Innovation Bootcamp

Cargill, a global company competing in multiple industries, showed its commitment to ongoing innovation across its global operations by embracing a partnership with IAG.

In May and June 2021, despite the challenges of the pandemic, our team was proud to collaborate with Cargill’s Global Digital Strategy & Innovation Team to design and deliver the first Cargill EDGE Founders Bootcamp. The bootcamp was co-sponsored by the company’s Food Industry & Bio-Industrial (FIBI) and Cargill Agricultural Supply Chain (CASC) Divisions.

All program sessions – group presentations, discussions, and one-on-one coaching – were conducted virtually via online video conference, leveraging IAG’s years of experience with virtual teaching methods.

Over the course of one month, we worked closely with ten internal innovation teams spread across the world in Europe, Latin America, North America, and Asia. During the intense collaboration sessions, the teams focused on creating new products, services, and business models to meet ever-changing customer and partner needs. The Bootcamp followed IAGs program methodology, adapted to Cargill’s specific context and ended with a Lessons Learned presentation and Go/No-Go recommendation session, attended by CSAC & FIBI senior management.

We were very happy with the results, and we look forward to seeing the motivated Cargill innovators deliver value into their markets!
